She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Butler of Nashville and Diann Wooten and husband Wallace of Lockesburg one son, David Pickett and wife, Katrina of Dierks one sister-in-law, Dorothy Dowdy of Mesquite, Texas six grandchildren, Steven Butler, Cheri Helms, Jeremy Pickett, Michael Gathright, Brian Gathright and Kelsey Adams three great grandchildren, Melissa, Chris, Anna three great great grandchildren, Chloe, Becklyn, Drake and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.įuneral services for Mrs. Pickett two brothers, Charles Dowdy and Jessie Ray Lindler son-in-law, Terry Butler, and granddaughter-in-law, Kim Gathright. She was preceded in death by her mother, Alta Faye Upton Lindler her father, Nelson Dowdy and stepmother, Letha Mae Dowdy husband, James R. She enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing and loved her family, all her friends and her church family and her cats. She specialized in interior painting and wallpaper hanging and was also a waitress at Joda’s Cafe. She was a member of Old Union Missionary Baptist Church. Neta Dell Dowdy Pickett, age 89, a resident of Lockesburg, Arkansas, died Thursday, Octoat The Springs of Minecreek in Nashville, Arkansas.
